Delivery & Cancellation
All of our Koi are expertly packed and delivered using APC Overnight, a fully licensed livestock courier. Your order will be delivered on the day that you specify using a pre 10:00am delivery service.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for any issues that arise if the delivery is signed for on the second delivery attempt.
You must make sure that any damaged goods are stated when signing for the delivery. By signing for the delivery you accept that they are in good condition.
If you are unhappy with the fish that have been delivered or notice any damage please report it along with supporting photographs within 24 hours.
If you need to change the delivery date you must notify 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in an additional packaging fee of £15.00.
If you need to cancel your order you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to despatch. We cannot be held responsible once the fish have left our property.
We are unable to accept returns of livestock due to our biosecurity policies and the complex nature of packing requirements. We do offer livestock guarantee’s but only if the fish are signed for on the first attempt. No claim will be valid unless a complaint is raised within 24 hours of acceptance and supported with photographic evidence.
